سەنتەری پەڕەپێدانی کار (CDC)
پەیمانگەی تەکنیکی و پیشەیی ئەزمەڕ لەسەرەتای کردنەوەی دەرگای خوێندن بەڕوی فێرخوازاندا هۆبەی پەڕپێدانی کاری دروستکردووە وەک بەشێک لە خزمەتگوزارییەکانی بۆ فێرخوازان. وە ئێستاش لەگەڵ فراوانبوونی پێداویستی بازاڕی کارو زیاتر گرنگیدان بە خوێندکاران بۆ ئەوی ئاشنا بن بە دوونیای کارو کەرتی تایبەت و ئامادەکردنییان بە شێوازێک کە بازاڕی کار پێویستییان پێیانەو وە بتوانن ئەو کەلێنانەی بازاڕی کار پڕبکەنەوە هەنگاو بە هەنگاو هۆبەی پەرەپێدانی کار گەورەتر دەبێت و دەبێتە سەنتەرێک لەلایەن ستافێکی خەمخۆرو بەتوانا لە خزمەت خوێندکاراندا بن.
سەنتەری پەڕپێدانی کار تایبەتە بە یارمەتیدانی دەرچووانمان لە پەرەپێدان، تێگەیشتن و بەستنەوەی ئەزموونی پەروەردەیی و زانستییان بە بازاری کارەوە.
لەلایەن سەنتەری پەڕپێدانی کار فێرخوازەکانمان ڕێنمایی دەکرێن لە ڕێگەی هەڵبژاردنی سەرەکی خۆیان یاخود پلاندانان بۆ پیشەیەکی جیاواز ، گەڕان بەدوای پێداویستی بازار . فێرخوازان و فێرخوازانی پێشووی پەیمانگە دەتوانن بەشداری لە چالاکییە کوالیتییە بەرزەکان بکەن وەک چاوپێکەوتنی کار ، وۆرک شۆپ، دەستڕاگەیشتن بە دەرفەتەکانی دامەزراندن، ئامادەکردنی CV. یاخود چۆنیەتی خۆ بنیاتنان. بەڕێوەبەرێتی گەشەپێدانی کار لەلایەن کۆمەڵگەی پەیمانگەکانەوە وەک سەرچاوەیەکی گشتگیر بۆ بەرنامە و خزمەتگوزارییە پیشەییەکان دامەزراوە، کە پێداویستییەکانی پەرەپێدانی پیشەی فێرخوازانی دەرچووی پەیمانگە دابین دەکەن. سەنتەری پەرەپێدانی کار ئاواتەخوازە پەیوەندییەکی بەهێزی پەیمانگەکەمان لەگەڵ و خاوەنکارەکاندا دروست بکات. ئامانجمان ئەوەیە خۆمان وەک سەرچاوەی پێشەنگی زانیاری پیشەیی لەسەر ئاستی کوردستان جێگیر بکەین.
خزمەتگوزارییەکانمان
سەنتەری پەرەپێدانی کار (CDC) کۆمەڵێک خزمەتگوزاریی پیشەیی بۆ خوێندکاران و دەرچووان دابین دەکات، لەوانە:
- ڕێنمایی و ڕاوێژکاری پیشەیی.
- پلاندانان بۆ داهاتووی پیشەیی و گەشەپێدانی لێهاتووییە پیشەییەکان.
- ناساندنی بازاڕی کار و یارمەتیدان لە هەڵبژاردنی پیشەی گونجاو.
- وۆرکشۆپی ئامادەکردنی CV و Résumé بە شێوەیەکی پڕۆفیشناڵ.
- ئامادەکاری بۆ چاوپێکەوتنی کار و ئەنجامدانی چاوپێکەوتنی ئەزموونی (Mock Interview).
- ڕاهێنان و وۆرکشۆپەکانی پەرەپێدانی لێهاتووییە پیشەیی و تواناسازی.
- دابینکردنی دەرفەتی ڕاهێنانی کار (Internship) و دامەزران.
- ڕێنمایی لە بواری کارگێڕی (Entrepreneurship) و خۆدامەزراندن.
- دروستکردنی دەرفەتی پەیوەندی لەگەڵ خاوەنکاران و هاوبەشانی کەرتی پیشەسازی.
- دەستڕاگەیشتن بە کۆڕ، سیمینار، پیشانگا و چالاکییەکانی دامەزراندن.
لە ڕێگەی ئەم خزمەتگوزارییانەوە، سەنتەرەکە هەوڵدەدات ئامادەیی پیشەیی خوێندکاران بەهێز بکات، دەرفەتی دامەزرانی دەرچووان بەرز بکاتەوە و پەیوەندییەکی بەردەوام و بەهێز لەگەڵ خاوەنکاران و دامەزراوەکان دروست بکات. سەنتەری پەرەپێدانی کار (CDC) پابەندە بەوەی ببێتە سەرچاوەیەکی باوەپێکراو بۆ خزمەتگوزارییەکانی گەشەپێدانی پیشەیی و ڕێنمایی کارەیی بۆ خوێندکاران و دەرچووان لە سەرانسەری هەرێمی کوردستان.
