بەڕێوەبەرایەتی دڵنیایی کوالێتی و کاروباری زانستی بەرپرسیارە لە بەرزکردنەوەی کوالێتی خوێندن و جێبەجێکردنی سیاسەت و ڕێنماییەکانی وەزارەتی خوێندنی باڵا، بۆ پەرەپێدانی وانەوتنەوە، توێژینەوە و ئەدای دامەزراوە.

چالاکییەکانی دڵنیایی کوالێتی

• هەڵسەنگاندنی ئەدای مامۆستایان.
  • کۆکردنەوە و شیکردنەوەی ڕاوبۆچوونی خوێندکاران.
  • پشکنینی Course Book و Lecturer Portfolio.
  • جێبەجێکردنی هەڵسەنگاندنی ناوخۆیی و دەرەکی.
  • ئامادەکردنی ڕاپۆرتەکانی دڵنیایی کوالێتی.
  • پشتگیری لە پرۆسەی ئەکرێدیتەیشن و پەرەپێدانی دامەزراوە.

خوێندکار بەشێکی سەرەکیی پرۆسەی دڵنیایی کوالێتییە. مافی فێربوون لە ژینگەیەکی گونجاو و هەڵسەنگاندنی دادپەروەرانەی هەیە، و پێویستە پابەندی یاسا، ڕەوشتی ئەکادیمی و ئامادەبوونی بەردەوام بێت.

سیاسەتی ئامادەبوون و بەردەوامی

ئامادەبوونی بەردەوام بنەمای سەرکەوتنی ئەکادیمییە. غیابی بێ مۆڵەت لە سنووری ڕێگەپێدراو زیاتر، بەگوێرەی ڕێنماییەکانی پەیمانگە، کاریگەری لەسەر مافی تاقیکردنەوەکان دەبێت. بەڕێوەبەرایەتی دڵنیایی کوالێتی پابەندە بە باشترکردنی بەردەوامی کوالێتی و ئەدای دامەزراوە.

Purpose

The Scientific and Quality Assurance Directorate promotes academic excellence and continuous quality improvement by implementing the policies and regulations of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. It supports high-quality teaching, learning, research, and institutional performance.

Quality Assurance Activities

• Evaluate academic staff performance.
  • Analyze student feedback.
  • Review Course Books and Lecturer Portfolios.
  • Conduct internal and external quality reviews.
  • Prepare quality assurance reports.
  • Support accreditation and institutional development.

Curriculum Development

• Review and update curricula.
  • Ensure compliance with Ministry standards.
  • Monitor practical training.
  • Evaluate learning outcomes.
  • Support academic departments.

Strengthening Industry Relations

• Build partnerships with employers.
  • Support internships.
  • Identify labor market needs.
  • Strengthen academia–industry collaboration.

Students’ Role, Rights and Responsibilities

Students are active partners in quality assurance. They have the right to a fair learning environment and objective assessment, and are expected to follow Institute regulations, maintain academic integrity, attend classes regularly, and participate in quality assurance activities.

Attendance Policy & Continuous Improvement

Regular attendance is required. Unauthorized absences may affect eligibility for examinations according to Institute regulations. The Directorate remains committed to excellence, accountability, and continuous institutional improvement.
