Quality Assurance Framework
Quality Assurance is one of the main directorates, the task of this directorates is to oversee the proper implementation of the academic standards of the institute and its departments. The quality Assurance directorate also supervises the accepted codes of academic staff behavior in compliance with applicable rules and laws.
As a higher education institution of the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG), we work in line with the guidance and strategies of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. Quality Assurance at Azmar Technical and Vocational Institute endeavors to implement the process in order to safeguard the high level of academic education for the community.
As a provider of higher education, we make sure that every student, regardless of background, has a positive higher education experience that enhances their lives and careers.
In additional with national and international standards of technical and vocational education, the institute adopts a comprehensive quality assurance framework to ensure excellence in teaching, learning, and institutional performance. This framework is based on three core processes:
بەڕێوەبەرایەتی دڵنیابوون لە کوالێتی
بەڕێوەبەرایەتی دڵنیابوون لە کوالێتی وەک یەکێک لە بەڕێوەبەرایەتییە سەرەکییەکانی پەیمانگا، بەرپرسیارێتی سەرەکیی هەیە لەسەر چاودێریکردنی جێبەجێکردنی دروست و سیستەماتیکی ستانداردە ئەکادیمییەکان لە ئاستی پەیمانگا و هەموو بەشەکانی. ئەم بەڕێوەبەرایەتییە هەروەها چاودێری پابەندبوونی کادری ئەکادیمی بە کۆدی ڕەفتاری پیشەیی دەکات، بە شێوەیەک کە گونجاو بێت لەگەڵ یاساو ڕێساکان و ڕێنمایییە فەرمییە پەیوەندیدارەکان.
وەک دامەزراوەیەکی فێرکاریی باڵای سەر بە حکومەتی هەرێمی کوردستان، پەیمانگا پابەندە بە پەیڕەوکردنی ڕێنمایی و ستراتیژییە فەرمییەکانی وەزارەتی خوێندنی باڵا و توێژینەوەی زانستی. لەم چوارچێوەیەدا، بەڕێوەبەرایەتی دڵنیابوون لە کوالێتی لە پەیمانگای تەکنیکی و پیشەیی ئازمار هەوڵی بەردەوام دەدات بۆ جێبەجێکردنی سیستەمەکانی دڵنیابوون لە کوالێتی، بە مەبەستی پاراستن و بەرزکردنەوەی ئاستی کوالێتی فێرکاری ئەکادیمی و خزمەتکردنی کۆمەڵگە.
وەک دابینکەری فێرکاریی باڵا، پەیمانگا پابەندە بە دابینکردنی دەرفەتی یەکسان بۆ هەموو خوێندکاران بەبێ جیاوازی لە پاشخانی کۆمەڵایەتی، ئابووری یان کەلتووری. ئامانجی ئەمە دڵنیابوونە لەوەی کە هەر خوێندکارێک ئەزموونێکی فێرکاریی بەرز و کاریگەر بەدەست بهێنێت کە بتوانێت کاریگەرییەکی ئەرێنی لەسەر ژیانی تایبەتی و پیشەیی هەبێت.
هەروەها، بە گوێرەی ستانداردە نیشتمانی و نێودەوڵەتییەکانی فێرکاری تەکنیکی و پیشەیی، پەیمانگا چوارچێوەیەکی تەواوی دڵنیابوون لە کوالێتی پەیڕەو دەکات بۆ دڵنیابوون لە باشترین ئاستی وانەوتنەوە، فێربوون و کارکردی دامەزراوەیی. ئەم چوارچێوەیە لەسەر سێ پرۆسەی سەرەکی دامەزرابووە:
- External Assessment
External assessment is conducted by qualified independent evaluators to review institutional effectiveness and academic program quality. It ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with recognized quality benchmarks.
١. هەڵسەنگاندنی دەرەکی
هەڵسەنگاندنی دەرەکی لەلایەن هەڵسەنگێنەرانێکی سەربەخۆ و شایستەوە ئەنجام دەدرێت بۆ پشکنینی کاریگەری دامەزراوە و کوالێتی بەرنامەکانی خوێندن. ئەم پرۆسەیە دڵنیایی دەدات لە هاوتاکردن لەگەڵ پێویستی یاسایی و ستانداردە ناسراوەکانی کوالێت.
- Classroom Observation
Classroom observation is implemented as a structured and continuous process to monitor instructional practices and enhance pedagogical effectiveness. It provides constructive feedback to instructors and supports professional development.
٢. چاودێری پۆلەکان
چاودێری پۆلەکان وەک پرۆسەیەکی ڕێکخراو و بەردەوام جێبەجێ دەکرێت بۆ چاودێریکردنی شێوازی وانەوتنەوە و بەرزکردنەوەی کاریگەری فێرکردن. ئەمە فیدباکی دروست دەدات بە مامۆستایان و پشتگیری لە پەرەپێدانی پیشەییان دەکات.
- Course Evaluation
Course evaluation is systematically conducted to assess course design, content relevance, delivery methods, and learning outcomes. Feedback from stakeholders is utilized to inform continuous improvement.
٣. هەڵسەنگاندنی کۆرسەکان
هەڵسەنگاندنی کۆرسەکان بە شێوەیەکی سیستەماتیکی ئەنجام دەدرێت بۆ هەڵسەنگاندنی دیزاین، ناوەڕۆک، شێوازی پێشکەشکردن و ئەنجامەکانی فێربوون. ڕایەکانی بەشدارییەکان بەکاردێن بۆ باشترکردنی بەردەوام.
