ئەم بەشە کاردەکات بۆ پێگەیاندنی کادری شارەزا و لێهاتوو لەبواری یاریدەدەری پەرستاریدا، فێرخواز بەشێوازێکی ئەکادیمی و پڕاکتیکی ڕادەهێندرێت، تاوەکو بەباشترین شێوازی زانستی هەڵسوکەوت لەگەڵ نەخۆشەکاندا بکات، هەروەها بتوانێت زانستییانە هاوتا لەگەڵ پێشکەوتنەکانی سەردەم لە بواری پەرستاری و پزیشکیدا هەنگاو بنێت.
چەندین هەلی کار بۆ دەرچووانی ئەو بەشە دەڕەخسێت لەوانە:
🔹 لە سەرجەم سێکتەرەکانی تەندروستی.
🔹 لە نۆرینگە پزیشکییەکان وەک یاریدەدەری پزیشک.
🔹 لە ناوەندەکانی خوێندن وەکو (باخچە ، قوتابخانە ، پەیمانگە و زانکۆکان) وەکو پەرستار.
🔹 لە نەخۆشخانە تایبەتەکان، لە هۆڵی نەشتەرگەری وەک یاریدەدەری نەشتەرگەر.
🔹 لە زۆرێک لە کارگە و هوتێل و شوێنە پیشەسازییەکان و کۆمپانیاکان.

Department of Nursing

 

Introduction

  • The Department of Nursing at Azmar Technical and Vocational Institute was established for the academic year 2023–2024. Several experienced lecturers and doctors with high-level academic degrees (Master’s and PhD) are involved in teaching in this department.
  • Over the course of four academic semesters, the Bologna Process system is followed in education, covering many essential scientific subjects such as (Fundamentals of Nursing, Research Methods, Physiology, Pharmacology, Human Development, Nutrition, Pediatric Nursing, and Adult Nursing). These subjects are taught both theoretically and practically so that students can apply the knowledge and skills in practice.
  • During the study period, various panels, symposiums, seminars, scientific field trips, and activities both inside and outside the institute are organized to enhance the students’ academic level, enabling them to serve individuals and society effectively in the future.

 

 

Objectives

  • Training qualified nurses with practical competencies and fundamental scientific knowledge to provide effective and safe healthcare at various levels of the health system.
  • Developing students’ clinical skills to enable them to offer basic nursing services under the supervision of medical staff in hospitals, health centers, and clinics.
  • Preparing nurses capable of working in primary healthcare and community settings, thereby contributing to the health promotion of individuals and families.
  • Enhancing communication and teamwork skills with healthcare teams to ensure directed and effective patient care.
  • professional values and ethics in nursing practice, such as respecting patient rights, maintaining confidentiality, and discipline in the workplace.
  • Developing professional decision-making skills within the framework of nursing responsibilities, while respecting the limits of authority and accountability.
  • Preparing students to participate in self-development and continuous professional growth, ensuring alignment with advancements in the nursing profession and increasing their ability to adapt and lead.
  • Participating in community service and health education through health campaigns and awareness activities within the community.

  • The Department of Nursing aims to become a leading and advanced center for preparing and qualifying technical nursing staff capable of providing quality healthcare based on professional standards and evidence-based practices that respond effectively to community and labor market needs.
  • Additionally, the department aspires to contribute effectively to improving the quality of healthcare services through advanced educational programs, continuous social collaboration, and evidence-based practical training.
